Climb to Conquer Cancer is a unique activity held by the American Cancer Society in our western states. This is Durango's 3rd annual Climb to Conquer Cancer.  It is a unique event that offers everyone in a community the opportunity to participate in the fight against cancer.  The climb will be Saturday, August 14th at Durango Mountain Resort.  This is a one day event, where teams can participate in a hike/walk around Durango Mountain Resort hiking trails where they can enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery.

Because Climb to Conquer Cancer is a non-competitive event, anyone and everyone can participate. Teams form from businesses, clubs, families, friends, hospitals, churches, schools, children, service organizations and even dogs (as long as they are kept on a leash). These individuals all share a common purpose - their support of the American Cancer Society’s Mission.  Children ages 12 and under will not be required to register they may attend the event with a registered adult.
